I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is in a great location, just steps away from Avenida Callao and Santa Fe. My room was spacious, but unfortunately, it wasn't very clean. The service was just okay; while some staff members were helpful, there were moments where I felt a bit neglected. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but I appreciated the nearby dining and attractions.
